UNIGESCO PROJECT IN START- CONTRACTUAL EXECUTION TIMES 24 MONTHS (SPRING 2025)

Mandated by the Société Québécoise des infrastructures (SQI), manager appointed by the Ministry of Transport (MTQ), Unigesco was awarded the project to bring it up to standard and carry out major repairs, which involves the partial redevelopment of the spaces occupied by the MTQ and the Rolling Stock Management Center (CGER).

The building to be renovated has a gross area of 7289 square meters, to which an expansion is planned to allow the addition of three garage bays, a mechanical room and a new overhead crane. In addition, the existing office area will also be redesigned with the addition of 4 mezzanines to increase office space.

All the work will be carried out in different phases to allow the continuation of the operations of the teams in place and a considerable effort will be made in the schedule and in coordination with the Société Québécoise des infrastructures (SQI).
