Development Sanaaq Centre

UNIGESCO PROJECT STARTING UP-CONTRACTUAL EXECUTION TIME 18 MONTHS (FALL 2024)

Unigesco will carry out the development of the Sanaaq Center, a mixed construction that will include:

• A library of 84 000 documents (books, games, instruments, digital devices);
• A playroom for toddlers.
• A 250-seat multipurpose performance hall;
• 3 multipurpose rooms, including one dedicated to children;
• A community café;
• A culinary lab and music/digital lab;
• More than 400 seats;
• A space reserved for the Peter-McGill Community Council.

It is with great enthusiasm that the Unigesco team will materialize the layout of the premises designed by the consortium formed by the Architecture49inc team/Pelletier de Fontenay/Atelier Zébulon Perron/ CIMA+ and developed in partnership with more than 35 organizations and over a hundred citizens. The result of this innovative center will be the mirror of a neighborhood where there is a rich social and cultural mix.
