Marcelin-Wilson Arena

For this construction project, Unigesco was tasked with upgrading the building’s refrigeration system and installing mechanical systems. The work included refurbishing the ceilings, lighting, and flooring. In addition to the architectural work provided, we installed a new refrigeration system in the building extension. Over the course of the project, several major challenges were addressed; this included synchronizing mechanical and refrigeration work, as well as meeting requirements for LEED Silver certification.
