Sud-Ouest Medical Clinic

This construction project was based on a fixed-price package. The work involved the demolition and structural rebuild of a significant part of the building, including the roof, as well as a new elevator installation. An interior fit-up, completed in collaboration with the Jean Coutu Group, also ensured that the space would meet the needs of four tenants.
